payday loan from about 4 or five years ago

yes forgot all bout having the loan cause bank shut down my account to many over drafts the loan was online and i live in north carolina a company from GA. called this past week stating that if i did have them more by 2 pm monday october 24 they were going to take me to court and have me arrest for check fraud.i really did forget about the loan.told her that im barley able to buy baby diapers right much less give them money. said if you give me some paper work in the mail i would try to pay it if not i would at tax time.i live in north carolina if that makes any difference or not she was a investigator stark from purdie and associates its been a few years since the loan what should i do i cant go to jail im all my family has please help:confused:
