Hi. I am in such a mess with payday loans. I live in Texas. I have six loans, three storefront and three online. Can someone please give me some advice? I have to pay my mortgage, I can't lose my house because of these loans. Thanks. Here is the list of the loans and the payoff amounts.

Storefront

Check n Go $612
Cash Max $313
Speedy Cash $543

Online

Magnum $500
Pay Day One $500
Cash Net $200

At first you should contact with the Texas Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner. Their contact detail is as follows:
# Address - 2601 N. Lamar Blvd. Austin TX 78705
# Phone - (512) 936-7600
# Fax - (512) 936-7610

If you find that the lenders are licensed in your state, then you will be accountable for both the principal and interest. In such a case you may enroll in a payday loan debt consolidation program to replace your multiple bills into a single monthly payment. If they are not licensed, then you can get rid of the debts by paying them only the principal amount.

Check n Go - legal
Speedy Cash - legal
Magnum - illegal
Cash net - illegal
Payday One - legal

You'll have to pay the principal amount plus the interests and fees on the legal loans mate. If you don't have the money to make payments, then go for payday loan consolidation program. Pay only the principal amount on the illegal loans.
