First of its kind of refreshing to see that I was not the only one who went through hard times and made the mistake of getting involved with pay day loans. I plan to pay the ones I owe BUT a company called Mass Street Group gave me a payday loan without speaking to me and without me signing it and when they did that a company (Loan Shop Online) who did not have access to my new bank account took the money that I owed them. I do not think that either of these companies are licensed in Alabama...HELP PLEASE!!!

If those companies are not licensed to operate in Alabama, then they won't be able to take any legal actions against you for not paying the debts. However, in order to get rid of the debts, you should pay them the principal amount and close the matter.
