Quit writing checks...use a debit/check card.

FYI....I havent written a check in over a year...everything is done on my debit card.

Read back on some of your posts....you had illegal lenders. Did you not close your account as you were advised???

CheckNGo is an illegal payday lender. So, if you have already paid off the principal amount which you had borrowed, you are no more required to pay any extra dime to them. If CheckNGo still harasses you, file complaints with your State???s Attorney General.

Check n Go is NOT an illegal payday lender. Please do not post misinformation. Check n Go is licensed in every state where payday lending is legal and they also operate as a CSO and installment loan lender.

FYI...my post implied the poster had other illegal lenders...not this one however. I read the posters prior posts.

Please look at the DATES of posts when you're searching for info on this website. The posts you referenced are over 5 years old. Regulations have changed numerous times in that time period.

If you're unsure of an answer, don't post. Let someone who is sure answer the question.
