Hi,

I took out a loan with Payday Quick Cash. They called me and verified some info and said they would call to complete process. They called and left message stating I was approved and that I need to call and confirm deposit. I was unable to call back but when I woke the next morning they had sent $400 to my account. I called and spoke with someone she confirmed it was them and said that I would receive my documents via email. (I never did by the way)

When due date rolled around I had problems with my account being debited by an unauthorized user. I emailed the company and made them aware of what was going on and that I needed to set up payment arragements to clear this matter. I also asked for a copy of my loan documents. Had a response stating that they would get back with me.

Then I get a very rude voicemail from someone stating she is with the legal department and is contacting me for their client Payday Quick Cash and needed to set up payment plan or I would be sent to attorney for possible wire fraud charges.

Then I get an email from someone stating they were contacting me for their client Payday Quick Cash and needed to set up payment plan ASAP!

I responded to the email stating that I had previously contacted someone but never heard back and that I was wanting to set up the payment plan in the first place.

She responded with options and said that I could choose one.

I asked that she send me the new agreement, my previous loan documents, and address where I could send a money order.

She stated she would do just that shortly............but NEVER happend!.

I also asked for this information in an email to the supposed "manager" and never received a response or the documents.

Then I receive an email from a gentleman saying he is calling from legal dept for his client ABC Payday Loan and that I need to set up arrangement soon or he would submit for wire fraud and charges.

I am confused as to why he is using the name ABC Payday loan when I took the loan with Payday Quick Cash and in the previous email the lady never mentioned ABC Payday but rather stated it was for their client Payday Quick Cash.

I responded stating that I had been asking for items to set this up but no one had responded or sent information needed. I then asked again for a copy of loan docs, new payment arrangement agreement, and address where I can send money order.

He called me a liar and said that I wasn't cooperating,. He said that was refusing to pay and that I would be charged. He also said that he wouldnt send me my documents and that I should have them and read what I submitted. He refused to give me address and stated that they would not accept money order and that he would decide a reasonable payment arrangement and methods.

I responded stating that I am not refusing and in fact contacted them to set this up and all I wanted was the information needed to do so. I also stated that I was not giving my card info and need address to send money order to resolve this and that he is basically refusing payment by not giving it to me.

Once again he refused to give me the address or send me my documents. And threatened again with wire fraud charges and was very degrading and rude.

I then asked for the address and license number for the company so I could file complaints.

He refused to give me the information and said that he would only repsond when I sent my debit card info and agreed to payment plan.

I emailed him asking for the information I requested and that any refusal on sending me the required and needed information would delay the settlement of this matter.

Any Advice?

Thank You

You should have had your bank return the funds asap.

Advice?? Stay off the phone. They cannot charge you with wire fraud...debts are civil, not criminal. I cannot find anything on their website, where they are located or legal policies. So I dont know if they are legal or not...what state do you live in???

As loan docs, you would have been copying them as you signed them....
