I personally believe that when you're dealing with a legal issue, it's better to contact a lawyer for your help. As you want to answer the MF Summary Judgement at GA State court, you should contact a lawyer and discuss the matter with him. He will help you draft a reply to this.

TO the poster...have you read the Rules for Civil Procedure for your state??? Did you answer your summons? Do you have any defenses that will get you out of this??
