Hi, I'm sorry I am being so annoying. I'm just trying to figure out my options. I contacted Check n Go about not being able to keep up with my payment arrangements. They actually were really good about working with me. They extended my due date for my payment for 2 weeks from now, and lowered it. They just said they "need the balance paid by the end of December." My balance is around $800.

Now for Cashnet, I keep getting told 800 different things. No joke. They don't make sense. I will attach my conversation below (I chat online so that I have proof of the conversation).

So I'm not sure what I should do about Cashnet and repaying them?

Any advice/help would be very much appreciated!

ME: I have $20 to my name. I can pay this? I'm sorry, I really want to take care of my balance, I do.
Rosalva: Sorry, but we will need a minimum of $50.00 to secure a new payment arrangement. Your payments have been forward to management to have them canceled. However, our collections procedures will continue for the past due balance.
ME: I can borrow an extra $25 from someone. Can I have this debited from my prepaid card account tomorrow morning? That way I have time to go get the money and put it on the card after work today?
Rosalva: I'm sorry for the delay. I'll be right with you.
ME: No problem
Rosalva: Sorry, but I can't offer you payment arrangement for $50.00 tomorrow as the remaining balance of $100.00 will need to be set up and I cannot set up more payments.
ME: I'm confused, you said I needed $50 to secure a new payment arrangement?
Rosalva: You were given a courtesy payment plan which is set up, that I cannot offer you. I will need $50.00 right now and then set up the $100.00 for another day, this the one payment due on 11/14/11. The balance of $1364.68 was split up into 6 payments.
ME: Ok, sorry I'm being difficult. I just want to know where the 1374.68 balance is coming from because the payment arrangement I had showed a total of owing 982.34.
ME: And I'm not disagreeing with you, I'm just trying to figure out what I can do.

Rosalva: What I can do is forward your account to manage to cancel the payments. However, please contact us back set a secure payment arrangement, as the balance can only be split up into 5 payments and the minimum will be $50.00 today. The total balance due is $1364.68, $150.00 is due on 11/14/11, 11/28/11,12/12, 12/26/11, that is $600.00 plus the $382.33 due on 01/09/12 and 01/23/2012 that is $1364.67
ME: Ok that's where I was confused because the payment arrangement emailed me did not have anything for the date of 1/9
