I am new to the forum as you can tell, but have been reading it for awhile. I am finally ready to take the first step and try to end these online payday loans. I was going to go with a debt consolidation company, but just am leery sending my photo id, ss# and account number to someone out of state. I see alot of people sending letters to the loan companies and think this may work better. The only before I send them, how do I know if they are licensed in the state of Ohio, they are as follows:
PayDay One
Cash Yes
Magnum cash
I really appreciate any advice or help that can be given. I have already did a debit hold on my account so they can not take anymore fees.

Please do NOT waste money on a debt management firm...talk to the payday lenders directly and work with them. You only owe principal on the illegal loan. Honestly...you can do it yourself.
Another thing...CLOSE your account....illegal loans will get around a debit block.
