Dear Mr. :
We are in receipt of your email dated November 15, 2011 and it was forwarded to the lender. This response is offered on behalf of the lender, ICA. International Cash Advance, Inc. (ICA), doing business as Magnum Cash Advance, is a British Virgin Islands (BVI) corporation. No solicitation or advertisement was offered in New Jersey by ICA. Customers must seek out ICA on the internet and apply on "their" web site. The choice of law governing your loan, The BVI, was clearly displayed on the web site and in the loan agreement you executed.
The contract that you signed electronically states, “All applications, transactions, and credit decisions will be deemed to have taken place in BVI, regardless of where you may be viewing or accessing this site. Borrower is responsible for complying with any local statutory obligations that may exist in their state or area with respect to any transactions with ICA dba Magnum Cash Advance. If we approve your application, the disbursement of funds will be in compliance with ICA policy and headquarters in the BVI. Our transactions are governed by laws of the BVI. The laws of the British Virgin Islands governing consumer loan agreements may differ from the laws of New Jersey. If you do not want to enter into a consumer loan agreement subject to the laws of the BVI, you should apply for a loan at a provider located in New Jersey. All aspects and transactions on this site will be deemed to have taken place at our location in the BVI. This transaction shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the BVI without regard to its conflicts of law principles, regardless of the order in which the parties agree. The Agreement shall be deemed executed at our location in the BVI as designated herein. Your acceptance of our service confirms your prior acceptance of this Agreement and to jurisdiction located within the BVI."
Regardless, the lender has no desire expending effort servicing a customer who does not appreciate the value of their installment loan and revolving line of credit products that are designed to meet a cash flow crisis on a moment's notice. The Director of Operations for ICA has agreed to consider your loan from October 5, 2011 as paid in full once the remaining principle ($699.28) is returned. Your account will remain in collections status until you return the funds you received. No further telephone contact will be attempted from this point forward. If no response to this email is received by November 22, 2011 with arrangements to return the funds you received, your account will be forwarded to the lender's collection agency for the full balance due.
All Money orders and checks should be made out to: International Cash Advance, Inc.

Also a couple of loans I had to reloan cause I would pay it in full. But have no money left. Also by paying in full they would give me 50% off the first payment. So all the interest I paid would that be considered a payment for the principle??
For example:
American creditline: 1000 But the 2 week interest was 400. So After my first loan they said they will give me 50% off the interest the first payment. So what I would do is every two weeks Pay off the loan then the next day reloan. So every two weeks I was paying 200. For a few weeks.
Now Last loan I took the 1000. Then I closed my bank account. Am I accountable to pay the 1000 back? Since they prolly make 1400-2000 in interest with me??
Thanx All
a couple of questions
on the one reply and your proposed arrangement.do you actually owe 699.20?also is 150.00 gonna be a burden down the line?btw yes pay them on your terms as despite their delusions your state law prevails meaning they lent illegaly, and are entitled to the principle only.no interest or fees.what i mean by burden is that you never know.you might need some of that 150.00 one month.only pay the minimum you can spare.they deserve nothing more.

Ok so am I entitiled to a refund on the interest I paid????
AmericanCreditline has emailed me. I have replied with my letter stating that I will only communicate online. Still no reply. They left me with a voicemail to call them. Should I call them?? Or stick to my guns and just communicate online. Mycashnow and Discountadvances have not tried to contact me yet.
reply from lender, HELP!
[COLOR=black]The loan that you took out is an online short term cash advance from a company that is located outside the United States. Here at PDL Support we do administrative support for six other loan companies and we are located in the Midwest. Being that we are an ONLINE lender located outside of the nation, we are not subject to the payday loan specific laws assigned to your state. In addition to this, you signed a legally binding contract electronically with an assigned IP address that states that you in fact AGREED to the terms of the loan and the way in which the loan would debit your account. Unfortunately we cannot hold ourselves responsible for the contract not having been read thoroughly or enough questions asked in order to gain a full understanding. We cannot even be held responsible for an agent???s lack of explanation as the contract is clear as to how this loan is processed to completion. Ultimately you are still responsible for the remaining amount borrowed being that you agreed to the terms of this loan. When you signed the contract you also waived your right to trial by jury to resolve any dispute alleged against us or to appear in court. I hope that this will help to answer some of your questions. what a crock
the fact that they are not located in the US makes them illegal as all get and you only owe the principle.everything they stated is A BS lie.if you haven't filed AG,AND FTC complaints against this lender do so and forward that to your AG.then ignore anything else and take it as a BS lie because that is what it will be.
Thanks, I will file today. I took a loan of $500 from my nextday
