Payday loan information for Indiana
Date: Tue, 11/15/2011 - 07:41
I too have fallen into this terrible debt with Payday lenders. I had used them in the past and paid off the accounts but was scammed out of nearly $1800 by a fraudulent company and needed money to help pay bills/overdraft charges at my bank, so I reluctantly took out more loans...unfortunately now with losing all that money to the loan scammer I do not have extra money for my loan payments....so here I am as so many other people.
I have already closed the bank account, especially after I was scammed by the original loan; so they can not access that. But I was going to email the Department of Financial whatever in Indiana but can't find their email and I guess trying to take the easy way out after explaining my situation to everyone including my mortgage, vehicle loan, and all other debtors that now I am just embarrased, humiliated, etc...I wanted to find out if any of these payday lenders are legal in Indiana and if not I was going to send them letters stating that they were not etc...from the posts I have read....can anyone help either with the email address or know if any of these lenders are legal or not:
1. My Cash Now ~ I have made several payments too; not enough for the entire principal yet
2. Bayside Cash~ Have not made any payments too
3. Loan Shop Online~ Have not made any payments too
4. Plain Green Loans~ Have made several payments; but not enough for the entire principal yet.
Any info that can be passed on is truly appreciated...have had a very stressful long past month dealing with all of this and the loan scammer.
Thank you so much!
