Hi all... had to make a new account (angiedee)... I have a question..I sent out all my letters to the three lenders I had loans with... djr aka river elk responded, marked my account PIF... (I overpaid them by 700 dollars)...I kept sending letters to oneclick (borrowed 500, paid 1,075) and advanceme (still have a balance of 210 with them) and neither have responded since I started writing the letters in september...tonight I made the mistake of answering a call from oneclick, whereby after five minutes of her explaining my contract and telling me that im governed by the laws of their state (nebraska), she threatened collection action and wanted to know the name of my supervisor at work...I told them that I sent a cease and desist letter and they are not to call me at work, but if they chose to do so, that I would make the FBI internet crime division aware of any and all harassing phone calls i receive at work and to any of my references... should I send another cease and desist letter to them... and/or what should my next step be, I dont want them calling my work or any of my references...thanks everyone!


One Click Cash is illegal in US. You were only required to pay back the principal amount. You have already paid more than the principal amount. This is why you should ask for a refund from them. There is no need to send another Cease and Desist letter to them. If you asked them to not call you at work. If they still harass you at work, then you may take legal steps against them.

but you will only get an automated response. (Ive demanded a refund in every letter I've sent!) Its the only email address I have, but I am continuing to look for another. Every time I send an email, I send them a hard copy as well. Ive never gotten any response but they have started to call me in the past few days.... if you happen to find another email address let me know and Ill do the same. Good luck....!
