Has anyone heard of or have dealt with Clark Daniels and Cunningham LLC? they called my home and left message that they need to discuss something about an affidavit and for me to have my lawyer contact them. I have searched them online and they seem to be a debt collector but not sure and they are located in NY, I am in NC.
do not call them
you report them to your AG,AND THE FTC.yeah they are a collector,and a bottomfeeding one at that.this is most likely for a pdl and if that is the case then again report them and ignore them.the call was laced with verbage neant to get you on the phone to threaten you.do not do it.
