How to check case status/docket in GA superior courts?

State court or county court??? You are usually sued thru your local district court.

you will have a difficult time winning this case in my opinion....I was not aware until I got your PM that the plaintiff in this case is the original creditor. I was under the impression that you were being sued by a third party debt collector. The original creditor being the plaintiff, you cannot use any of the claims of hearsay, etc etc because you are not dealing with a third party.

Probably too late for you now, but with an OC (depending on the amount of the debt and who the OC is) - you can often use their agreements and use the strategy of electing arbitration to get them to walk away or get you better settlement offers.
