A1 Premium Budget

A1 Premium Budget (Cash in a Wink) has given me 24hrs to call and speak with a "litigation specialist" or my account will be marked as non-voluntary and refusal to pay and resulting in further action.
I've filed complaints with the FTC and AG. I've paid them almost twice what I originally borrowed; not sure what else to do.
Anybody else out there dealt with this? How was your outcome?

here is what you do
this"litigation specialst"is nothing more than mutated body waste that wants to theaten you.file a police report for the call,and i would file the same complaints against this place as the mesage says it all.they are a bottomfeeder just like cash in a wink,and plan on trying illegal tactics.file the report and complaints then ignore them.do not respond whatsoever as in a call to them.do that.
