Cash Net caller

I just received a call from India and this guy said he was officer so and so and I was going to get arrested for a cashnet loan. Odd thing is I have only had this number for 1 month and the cashnet loan was over a year ago. Principle is paid. They are illegal in Texas.
I have the number what can i do? report to AG? any other ideas?

Debts are civil. You can't be arrested or thrown into the jail. Moreover, as they are illegal, they can't take any legal steps against you. You have paid the principal. You don't need to pay anything more. File a complaint against them to AG or FTC.

being as the jacka$$ is INDIA the only thing you can do is file a police report and ignore his sorry a$$.just go by this credo.if a number looks unfamiliar don't answer let it go to voicemail and then delete the message.again a moron in INDIA.file the police report and ignore him.
