I live in IL - took out $800 loan, have paid back $1150. They are illegal in IL so I sent them the revoke ACH email, closed my bank account and demanded a refund. They never responded, I am now getting calls from: (866) 722-2770 five times a day. Does anyone know this number? I've yet to answer and they don't leave a message. Is it integritypaydayloans.com, or did they send me to a 3rd party collection agency? How should I proceed? My email to integrity clearly stated to cantact me via email or regular mail only.

now be sure to send the C&D with any basic info regarding the loan with integrity.send the letter certified mail return receipt.if you are gonna send another refund request then do not send the c&d.one or the other,but since integrity it seems wants to play games it's your call.refund request,or c&d.

Answered the call

It was integrity - the lady was playing dumb, acted like she had no idea I sent the ACH revoke. I told her that they weren't licensed in IL and that I've overpaid. She told me she doesn't see my payment history and asked me to send her bank statements proving I paid. I got her direct email address and then emailed her the ACH revoke form and also demanded a refund. I'll update when I get a response.

again why email you have a physical address and can send it certified mail return receipt.she can claim she didn't get your email either.just like now and play dumb.why continue the email runaround?
