I too am getting calls from this company. In the other person's post he was advised it was a scam which I was led to believe as well. Then I started researching and found this website: http://districtrestitution.org/index.html
Everyone here keeps telling me I can't go to jail for not paying back an illegal payday loan but according to this website I can get large fines and jail time. So I'd like to believe it's a scam but now i'm freaked out. Does anyone know anything about this website or this company and what I should do next????

all illegal pdl's are internet and don't take a check.an ACH debit consent is not a check,and per the EFTA you can revoke one's ACH rights just like that.in fact a few AG'S should be informed of this site.to imply an ACH is a check is ridiculous.to add one thing.anyplace,and anybody can put up a website.i can put one up proclaiming elvis is living in my basement and my pond out back is where the lochness monster lives.would you believe me?of course not.again give your AG that link.i bet they would confirm what a bottomfeeder this is.
