The site I mentioned above is for DEBT COLLECTORS from CAs. I mentioned it for a look inside their world, knowledge is power.
Browsing the forum there I found some interesting posts on collecting and FDCPA violations to use to a debtors advantage.

since it's ARM'S site i wouldn't expect anything less than a biased slant.some of the videos and articles are funny to say the least.like some of the comments on the collector arrested for impersonating a sheriff.give it a look.you will find it interesting.
