I posted this yesterday but for some reason it's gone now.

I've already done some reading here and found several threads that state all pdl's are illegal and i should close my bank account immediately. I understand this much but my real question is what do i do next? I have 7 pdl's at the moment due to falling on hard times so to speak and now that i have more work/money coming in i'm still dead broke due to all the fees that are being withdrawn from these companies. They are all internet lenders. I'm going to have to do a bit of research when i get home to figure out how much has been paid to each.

The pdl companies are

Gentle Breeze
Mass Street
Anazazi Group
Redstone Marketing
Pluto Marketing
Oneclickcash
Mypaydayloans

One of these is already over due as they decided to bill me weekly rather than the agreed to bi-weekly and refused to change it.

Can someone please point me in the right direction so i can get this going? Thanks

First of all, find out how much have you paid on these loans. If you have paid back the principal amount, then you don't need to pay anything more. If you have paid more than the principal amount, then you can ask for a refund. Check out the link to know how to deal with the illegal payday loan companies:

Just a small update. I emailed all the companies, some multiple times, with the initial form about the legality of the loan etc. The only one that has even attempted to work with me is MyPayDay. I received a 400.00 loan from them and have to date give them 250.00 in return. However, they are attempting to to say that 100.00 of that was covering the 25.00 per 100.00 fee, or i guess i should say they are trying to avoid that fact all together and say i still 250.00 as that's what it says in my file. They aren't giving me a hard time about settling up and closing the account but they are giving me a hard time with that fact and that i need to pay it in full right away which is impossible for me to do.

I'm not crazy/out of line for thinking i should be able to break it down into at least 2 payments to get it paid in full am i?

Also they said it must be done via MoneyGram. I am completely unfamiliar with this service. I want to make sure i can have complete records of all payments they received just in case. Can i do that by using this service or should i attempt to use some other form of payment?

Last question i swear! What should i do about the companies that haven't made any attempt to contact me regarding the email they have recieved at least twice so far? 2 acknowledged that they received it with an automated response and the other 4 have said nothing other than you missed your payment and now owe us even more. Some have started calling although it's only been while i'm at work and can not answer. I'd like to have complete records of all correspondence if possible and a phone call is a bit hard to do that with compared to being able to print out the whole conversation word for word. Should i call back and tell them of the email and they need to respond there or something else?

Thanks for the help guys!

You have to keep in mind that all of these lenders are operating illegally.

You should only repay the principal amount borrowed. Fees/interest are not payable. You pay what you can, when you an and how you prefer to pay it. If they don't want to accept your payments, then they get nothing.

Period.

For those that aren't responding, just send them a reminder email once in a while. If you've paid principal already, I wouldn't worry about it.
