Hello everyone! I just received (actually my g/f did cause I was working) a summons that I am being sued by Cach,LLC. I am being sued for breach of contract and common counts. I have 30 days to respond and I cant pay the amount I owe or the attorney fees, court costs they want as well. I have not been able to pay any of my creditors since last summer because I am not making what I used to make. So I have credit card debt, car loan (which I gave my car back cause I couldn't afford it anymore) and phone bill w/ AT&T.
What can I do to fight this?

Any information is greatly appreciated!

You will need to answer the summons and show up in court. You can send a DV but it will not stop or delay anything. During discovery you can motion that that they show proof that you owe the debt....ie..produce card holder or other relevent documentation. If they can prove the debt, they will get their judgment.
