none of these are legal.in fact mycashnow is not located in this country,and tribal lending,500fastcash,and cashcall are tribal.yes i know cashcall was western sky,and they are tribal making cashcall illegal as well.go to the sticky titled(dealing with illegal lenders)at the top of this very forum.it has every step and template letters to send.btw the first step is to close your account.also being that these are all illegal you only owe the principle.not only that anything in"fees"these place debited gets deducted from that.example:

you borrowed 400.00 from 500fastcash.they debit 105.00 three times.you only owe 85.00.now this is only an example,but try to recall the following

amount borrowed from each,and amount debited by each thus far.you may be suprised by how little you really owe these places.keep us posted please.

Thanks so much I closed my account yesterday. I am sending letter out to those with email addresses I have and the other us mail for addresses that I have. I do not have address for tribal lending wihich might be gentle breeze but I am sure they will call. Also I am not sure cash call is a PDL an you confirm

i know cashcall is not a pdl.however i'm guessing,and correct me if i'm mistaken that the loan was originally with western sky.making that tribal as you go by the original lender,and this is a dodge run by both places.if that's the case then cashcall is illegal as well because they took over an illegal tribal loan.
