I have been sued by FIA card services NA that is represented by M. A. Scott.
This scum bag had the summon copies serve put in tape to my apartment front door while no one was at the apartment to open up. This is because I have moved from one apartment to another and he had the original citation sent to the other apartment 2 months ago. Although he mentioned in his letter that he obtained the Judge approval to pot it on the front door open in a plastic bag so everyone passing by can see it I felt that he violated some kind of privacy rule here...
The original citation was sent to my previous address two months ago but since they did not have the correct address they had to add another page that had order on plaintiff's motion for substitutive service...
I don't recall I signed anything that had FIA card services NA on any contract. I remember I did have a BOA credit card and I could not pay it anymore since a year and half I stopped paying because of financial difficulties.
Although I never signed nor talked to any of FIA card service NA representatives nor to M. A. Scott's kids who call me every day several times and leave me messages. Is this even a legit claim against me?
I can't afford any attorney because I am dead broke and work part time for less than minimum wage for the last two years, so obviously if I had money to pay BOA I would have contacted them already and settled. AND BOA had already discharged that loan amount and got his tax break on it. So how legit is this case in your opinion if I never had any contact with M. Scott or FIA? Should I go to court or just ignore it since they have nothing to collect since I am broke and about to file a bankruptcy anyway?

FIA is BOFA...it is their collection division.

Obviously they have been trying to contact you but you have chosen not to respond to them. BOFA charged off the debt....they didnt discharge it. So it is quite legit.
