SOL for parking tickets

Rec[COLOR=black]ently I received a collection letter for a car I gave my husband under my name in which he racked up $721 of parking tickets in 2007, 5 years ago. I know the SOL for my state; however, I am not sure which of the 4 categories this would fall in. [/COLOR]

There is no SOL for parking tickets in PA. SOL does not apply where the state has asserted a civil action involving a public right.

I suggest you pay it ASAP. It's likely you have a warrant.
