I have these payday loans in Indiana and need help getting out from them. I can not pay my bills and wasn't sure if they were legal in my state.

Cashcall
National Payday
Plain Green Loans
Ameriloan
CashNet usa
united cash loans

I have been looking through some of the same people having problems and was wondering if anyone could help me on this

First, I want to say, you can do this and get out of the cycle. I had 14 payday loans and did it. If I can, anyone can.

I had a loan with Cashcall. How much did you borrow? How much have you paid back? I figured out I much I originally borrowed, how much I had paid back and then called them. In my case, I had borrowed 2,000 and paid back 1,400. I told them I would pay back 600 and I was done with them. They did not like it but I stuck to my demand and they accepted. Most important though is close your bank account so they can not take it from your account anymore.

Plain Green say they are bound under "Indian law". They are an illegal payday lender. Therefore you are only morally obligated to pay back the principal and no interest. I had borrowed 700 and paid back 720. I called them and told them I was done. They called for a while trying to harass me into paying more. I told them I was filing complaints with my state attorneys' office and the FTC. They stopped calling.

Just remember that if a payday lender is not licensed to practice in your state, then they are considered illegal. Therefore, you only have to pay what your originally borrowed. The most important thing to do first though is close your bank account so they cannot take anymore money from you.
