I got a loan from united cash advance online and i live intexas, they told me that they are about to force wage garneshment. can they do that?

since they are illegal,and TX is non-garnishment.they are refering to a wage assignment.that is voluntary and revocable.draft a wage assignment revocation letter.something like this.
l hereby revoke any and all wage assignments i may have signed.

do that and give it to your HR/payroll person asap.even though you are in a non-garnishment state some HR/payroll people still honor a wage assignment.do that asap.then united cash can do nothing.
