5 loans in texas

I have searched the consumer credit commisioner licise site and can find none in the lists. Am I doin it wrong?
Cash central, Cashnetusa, Discount Advances, Ameriloan, and Sure Advance. I've tried using all the info from my forms.
Cash Central shows a licnse form on their site for Texas, but it has no number and the names on form don't come up. I did find one cash central and it show cancelled in the list.
Any advice would be great.

Ameriloan and Sure Advance are not licensed in Texas. Cashnet Us

Does anybody know about cash central or discount advances? I can't find them either. I just got an email from cash central in which they called themselves Texas loan corp. I'll see if I find something under that name.
If I close my bank account will the legal companies be willing to do alternate payment plans?
