I just received a call from Aragon Agency wanting me to call 1-800-852-0411. It appears as though they are a a collection agency. I don't know if I should call them back or if I should go another route. Please Advise!

they are a bottomfeeder.send them a DV letter their info is

aargon collection agency
3025 w. sahara
las vegas, nv 89102

send the letter and do not call them.they will threaten you,and you don't need that.a search revealed this info so again send them a DV letter and do not talk to them.a rude bottomfeeder.

Dor if you are in Texas record the call if you decide to call them. Texas is a single party consent state so only one party has to know the call is being recorded. Get a name and an address then send a cease and desist letter telling them you want no phone calls and they are to communicate with you only by mail. Once they receive that they are allowed one more call to inform you of actions they plan to take if they call you again after that it is 1000.00 per violation. Make sure t o send return reciept

Since we don't know what state the original poster lives in, this is pointless advice.

1. Paul already provided the address.
2. Cease and desists are all or nothing. You can't tell someone to cease and desist communication "but it's OK to send me mail."

This is FALSE!
