11. US Fast Cash
12. Speedy Cash
I also have an installment loan with Western Sky which is now Cash Call.
Today I faxed a document to my bank revoking ACH draft authorization for the 12 payday loans listed above. My bank is threatening to close my account because it is overdrawn by $1350. My paycheck is $1700 every two weeks starting this Monday because I just received a raise.
I recently signed up with Oakview Law Firm to participate in the Debt Consolidation/Settlement program. I found this firm by chatting with a representative on the home page for DCC. I cannot close my bank account per the HR department at my job because it will take at least 30 days for my direct deposit to be transferred to a new bank account. This why I elected to send my bank the letter to stop the ACH drafts. Should I send something in writing to the payday lenders that will be trying to draft my account on Monday, January 23 or should I let Oakview handle them?
Also, does anyone know about negotiating a debt with Western Sky also known as Cash Call?
I appreciate any advice given. I got into the debt cycle because I couldn't qualify for a regular loan due to my debt to income ration making my credit score low along with some late payments. I had a series of events occur that required some emergency cash and that is how I got into the payday loan trap. I'm scared because I don't want to be sued or have my wages garnished. I want to pay my debts but on a better term. I live in Mississippi.
Thanks in advance for any advice given.
You should immediately contact with Mississippi Department of Ba
You should immediately contact with Mississippi Department of Banking and Consumer Finance in order to know whether or not pdl companies are licensed in Mississippi. If you find that your lenders are not licensed in your state, then it???s better to payback them only the principal amount and get rid of this trap. But you will be responsible for the principal amount along with interest and fees, if the lenders are licensed. In that case, you may get help from a professional debt relief company. As far as I know Ameriloan and Western Sky are illegal in most of the state of US.
I would NOT be wasting money on Oakview Law on PDL's....I believ
I would NOT be wasting money on Oakview Law on PDL's....I believe you have other illegal PDL's in your list. Check each PDL website and if they are tribal or offshore, they are definately illegal. Oakview probably wont take the time to check their status. Do it yourself
Can you ask your bank to make your account deposit only??? Illegal lenders are going to attempt to pull regardless of revocations.

Hold on a sec.
First, what state are you in?
You have several loans that aren't licensed in any state in the U.S. You also have some that are licensed in only a few states. We need more information to help you.
Please give us the following information.
1. What state are you in?
2. How much was deposited into your account by each of these lenders (list them all out)?
3. How much have you been debited so far by each lender (list them out)? Also, if you've "reloaned" please include those details as well.
4. Are these all internet loans?
First we need to determine what you owe or are owed. Then we can tell you how to deal with the lenders and your bank.

they are in MS ohiogal.that being said the only legal lender is speedycash.all others are not legal in MS especially western sky/cashcall as western sky is tribal as well and cashcall can eat it.i do have an issue about your bank account.your employer can't issue a live check for a couple of paydays?it's not recommended to send anything to the lenders if your account is not secured.make sure your bank honors the ACH revocations before sending anything to the lenders.
MS, ok. Thanks, Paul. I missed that. Please answer the other
MS, ok. Thanks, Paul. I missed that.
Please answer the other questions I posed regarding how much loaned/paid, etc. This will help us to determine what you actually owe and how to move forward.
