Payday loan help!!!!!!!!!

Hello,
I currently have 5 pdl's out and I recently discovered that some or all are illegal. I just enrolled in a debt consolidation program so that I can be setup on a payment plans the loan companies are Lansbridge/Mymoneychest, Brighton FNL, Vince Enterprises, Cmg Group LLC/Hydrafunds and Global Holdings. These companies have been overcharging my bank account to the fullest. My 1st day been in default would be today I must get out of this situation ASAP before it gets any worser. My concern is will these companies except the payment plan and are these companies legal. What do I need to do from here on out. I live in TN and all these loans are internet based. I know soon there will be alot of harassing phones and threats. I want to get some kind of hold on this situation before it happens. I want to pay these loans back but I refuse to pay more than what is legally owed. PLEASEEEEEEEE HELP!!!!!!!!

For starters, why on earth are you paying someone to handle illegal loans?? You owe principal only...pay it as you can and DONT pay another company to do it for you.
Have you closed your bank account? Revoked ACH authorization and revoked your voluntary wage assignment?
