Is First Source Legit?

I am wondering if First Source is a legit agency. I have endured four or five phone calls a day, the people barely speak english, and they have wanted a financial history. I have requested statements, and haven't recieved any. I will not pay them over the phone. When I last requested one Ishmal, a supposed supervisor, said they would request one and HUNG UP. To me that says that they are not legit.

did you get at least a letter of collection from them?if not do not speak to them again until they do.btw if you are asking about first source advantage then no,they are not legit by any means.
