Hello again I just wondered I have retained an attorney for my bankruptcy hearing my question is if I put a stop payment on a "live " check can i get in trouble?I have read all the laws in Indiana and it says no but I'm concerned about going to jail my lawyer said they can put the loan on the bankruptcy just always worried about the fraud that could go with it.Any answers truly needed.
