Payday Loan Nightmare in Texas

I have payday loans from the following places:
Ace Cash Express: $488.93 (Paid: $212.57)
The Cash Store: $684.36
US Fast Cash: $520 (Paid: $240.00)
Mycashnow.com: $1069.52 (Paid: $415.46)
Cashnetusa.com: $1129.32 (Paid: $171.09)
Now I've hit a wall. I just can't afford it...not even paying the roll over amounts. I cancelled my direct deposit and now I have NO idea what to do. My bank (Chase) will close my account, but will ALLOW drafts to be taken 30 days after my account is closed. I am thinking that right now, bankruptcy may be my only option.
Any help anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated.
Oh - and my drafts for all of these are due tomorrow.

Send your lenders ACH revocations and then give a copy to Chase. They have to honor an ACH revocation....it is the LAW!!!
Dear scumbag PDL...
I hereby revoke any and all ACH priveleges in regards to account #____. I am also revoking any and all voluntary wage assignments I may have signed in regards to this loan.
