Missouri payday loan advice

I am embarrassed to talk about this but I need payday loan help! I currently have Cashnet USA, Speedycash, Magnum Cash and CIC that will be paid off in 2 weeks. However, I have installment loans through Check and Go, Payday One, Great Plains Lending. I make decent money so I am trying to get through them one by one. I guess I just need some encouragement! This is killing me, and all my paycheck are going to these stupid loans. Ugh. Any Missouri advice on these?
