Hi its been a while since Ive been on, and I was hoping someone out there could help me. I am trying to find out information for a pay day loan company called red leaf lending. I have a loan with them for 600.00 and have overpaid them 1200. I know what steps I need to take, just need help finding these people and finding out who they are I can not find anything about them, where they are located, who backs them etc.... I am from NJ and have this PDL that one go away. This is the only info I have

On their website under terms and conditions it states they are located in Nevis...so offshore. Regardless of where they are, PDL's are illegal in NJ....so you owe principal only.
