Ok I am reaching out to the experts out there and to anyone who has dealt with SandPoint Capital/ClearWater Bay Marketing/CWB Services. I need some information on this company. Anything, anyone??? I have had my share of battles with PDL's and have had my share of success stories and refunds. But now I am trying to help a dear friend who has found herself in this mess and I know and understand the laws I just have a hard time finding information and any success with this company. The loan was obtained in NJ, which I know PDL's are illegal which makes the loan illegal. The amount borrowed was 300.00 and to date paid back $270.00. I have used the same letters that I used to obtain PIF and refunds and sent a letter to this company. Their response was this.... Im not sure where to go from here...... Any advice I would appreciate it. I am trying to give back here and Im deadlocked a bit. Thanks

Thank you for the information regarding your account however I do show that you have verbally agreed to our contract with Sandpoint capital. Furthermore, you have faxed in a paystub to verify that you are currently active. On 12/15/2011 at 4:41 you had spoken with Ashley pertaining your advance and the repayment options. Once she had provided all terms it was then up to you to approve or deny loan, at that time you have chosen to accept the agreement. per your agreement you have by-passed all your state governing laws, and have allowed us to deposit the funds into your account. At this time your advance is active and the 90 refinance fee will continue to pull as agreed until we are contacted to set up a payoff or pay down the account balance. Thank you for contacting our office and have a great weekend.

again spaceblank read the post before posting as ballplayersmom already sent letters via the sticky.now she needs to keep sending the letter until she gets the desired response.that is what she should do as the poster above you is right.in fact sandpoint is not in the US so even a verbal contract is worthless.
