HELP! EZ Payday Cash Blocking My Emails

Should I mail them a certified letter? I blocked my checking account until our direct deposits all hit then we will close the account. The payments to the illegal internet payday lenders have been blocked this morning so I'm sure I'll be hearing from them all soon. I'm concerned that EZ will say they never received my email? It wasn't rejected when I sent yesterday. I just tried to resend my letter after receiving their email this morning saying that my loan was renewed. What should I do? I'm NOT going to let them intimidate me but want to make sure I have all my bases covered. Please help! Thank you. By the way, I love love love this site! Please help me, I'm so close to ending the payday loan cycle.
FYI...
Horizon Opp borrowed $300 and paid $540 in fees. They replied to my email yesterday saying that I agreed to their terms, blah blah blah when I signed their contract they are located in the West Indies. I told them that I'm bound to Iowa laws only and know my rights.
EZPayDayCash borrowed $200, paid $180 in fees, so only owe them $20
Vista borrowed $300, paid $270 in fees, so only owe them $30
USFastCash, borrowed $300, paid$90 in fees, so owe them $210
I checked an none of these companies are licensed to lend in the state of Iowa where I live.
EZ Payday Cash Possible Solution
I had a payday loan through EX Payday Cash last year. I borrowed $300.00 and paid back 405.00 They tried to debit my account again and the bank refunded the money back into my account I then closed the account and opened a new account. I sent EZ payday cash an ACH revocation and a C&D letter. They then sent threatening e-mails to me and I then sent another C&D Letter along with my state's payday loan laws, and informed them that they were not licensed in my state, as required, and that internet loans are illegal and unenforceable. Well after I e-mailed them that I got an e-mail from EZ Payday Cash which stated:
Due to an error, we incorrectly processed your cash advance request from state of VA. We ceased all collection of your account and all future requests for any cash advance from you.
Please do not contact us for any loan application in the future. Your application and your account from Virginia State will be automatically denied in our system.

I hope this helps you out, just pay the remaining amount owed, and close the account. If they call you expecting more money then send them a copy of your state payday loan laws, and refuse to pay anymore money.

I did create a new gmail account Friday morning and it blocked it again. I'll try from Yahoo and see if that works. How can they block it if it's from a new email address? My bank account has a hard debit block so no payments went through on Friday. I'm sure they will be contacting me once they realize it on Monday. The account will be closed after we receive my husband's direct deposit on Wednesday.
I also noted in my ACH revocation letter that they are not allowed to contact me by phone at work or to contact any of my friends or family. I'm hoping this means that they will not contact me at work by phone.
Any advice, I would appreciate. Once I get all of these paid off, we will be able to pay all of our bills on time and live comfortably.

I sent the email again thru my yahoo email and also didn't include my account number in subject line in case that's how they are blocking. I told them they can try to block me all they want but I'll keep sending thru different email addresses until they respond by email where to send my final payment. LOL!
It wasn't returned like the others so sure it went thru. Also mentioned that I. Keeping record of every email that I send to them for proof.
