Experiences With These Companies?
Date: Tue, 02/14/2012 - 22:13
I will be placing a hard debit block on my checking account tomorrow. I hope it is soon enough, I have a payment coming out on Thursday!
Here are the companies I need to deal with. They will all get ACH and wage assignment revocations tomorrow. The illegal ones will also get their letters.
Tior Capital: They gave me $300 without my authorization, first debit is tomorrow
Pack Management: Borrowed $300 first debit is Friday
Minute Funds: Paid $450 in rollovers for a $300 loan
Payday Loan Yes (Now USA Cash Express) Paid $700 in rollovers for a $350 loan
Check n Go: Installment Loan for 2000, paid 2 payments of 661 and I still owe 2000 (legal)
Plain Green: 800 installment loan, paid one payment, still owe 800
Speedy Cash: $500 installment loan, paid $380, still owe $500 (legal)
I also have loans with Cash Central, USA Webcash, Payday One, and CashNet Usa. These companies should be OK to work with, and are all licensed in Wisconsin.
All of these loans are online. After reading through the forum, Check n Go scares me the most.
I have one Storefront installment loan at PLS. (legal)
Please help with any experiences with the above companies. I am in Wisconsin. I know that the unlicensed ones in Wisconsin are OK if I seek them out. The only unlicensed company I sought out was Plain Green. Minute Funds, Tior, Pack, USA Cash Express, solicited me through one of those awful "matching" services.
Advice please? It is really scary to actually write them all down and see what a mess it all is.
There is NO SUCH THING as a hard debit block. As I have said be
There is NO SUCH THING as a hard debit block. As I have said before, it is not a banking term. Past members who are thankful gone kept bringing up this term which does not exist. That said, you need to CLOSE your account and open a new one. You need to send each illegal lender an ACH revocation and give a copy to the bank.
Update
Update:
Closed Bank Account!
Worked out an EPP with Cash Central
CashNet USA- a little helpful, let me defer a payment on installment loan
TIOR: Sent letter, they called and left me a message, I called back, got voicemail. Have tried calling several times now. They also don't respond to email. Can anyone share their experiences with TIOR? I have not made any payments to them, I should only owe the principal of $300.
Update: In just 3 days since the ACH revoke, Tior claims they have sent it to collections and to email customercare@zardam.com. Sounds shady to me.
Thanks!
Here it comes.. USA Cash Express
