At first she asked for my boss, but when she found out she was speaking to me she asked if I received a summons in the mail & signed for it. I haven't seen anything like that. She said she is representing cashjar.com, an unlicensed PDL lender in the state of IL. I went through this with cashjar.com direct a few months back and they stopped contacting me. How should I proceed with this lady?
File a police report using the phone number she called you from.
File a police report using the phone number she called you from. The next time she calls tell her you're aware this is a scam and that you've filed a police report. Then hang up and do NOT talk to her again.
Have you protected your bank account and paycheck with revocations?

Bank account is closed and pretty sure they can't garnish wages. I did have a PDL out with cashjar.com and sent them ACH revoke form when principle was paid. Cashjar tried offering me a settlement a couple of times but I refused. Since cashjar.com is an unlicensed online lender in the state of IL I know this lady only has empty threats. The problem here is she is calling my boss at work and personal contacts, it's very embarrassing. I will file complaints with necessary authorities but is there anything else I can do to make it stop??

Not really. The best defense with these people is to ignore them. Once they realize their attempts are futile, they give up.
In the mean time, let your employer and your references know that you're a victim of fraud and apologize for the inconvenience. Tell them if they receive these calls to simply hang up.
