I used to live in the USA, but in 2009 i returned to my home coutry and left behid a credit card debt.
what are the legal consequences to me? i still have an USA visa and might get back to the usa.
i have no pay iff off, nor my wages are received at any american bank
can i get arrested or deported at the immigration?
