Hi, I received a call from them last week claiming they are having a warrant against me for a payday loan from 2 years ago from sds processing. A Ms. Henderson told me that it was already processed. I said ok I will have my paperwork see you in court. This loan I paid at least the principal back on. I am from Massachusetts. Is this an idle threat or should I expect a summons or warrant as she put it. This woman spoke to my daughter the day before and asked her if I had gotten my WArrant. Is that legal?? while what the others above me posted is correct.there is more like what you need to do.first use any number you have to file a police report as this idiot broke the law.second use that same info to file an AG complaint.then ignore this bottomfeeder as pdl's are also prohibited in MA,so as the steven stated they must use illegal over the top threats to get $$$ because they have no real way.
