I keep getting harrassing calls at my work place from this company a lady named Dorothy Tate keeps calling. I told her to send me written documentation of this payday loan that she tells me i owe. She further threatened that if i don't send money by Mar 2nd she would contact security at my job to have me subpeonaed. Is this legal. The number she calls from is unknown. She leaves another number to contact. Has anyone heard of this company?

i would also report this witch to your local police as she broke the law in threatening you with something she can't do.nobody is subpeona'd.they are summoned as in court.a subpeona is not the same thing.also in my mind it doesn't matter about the debt again the b*tch broke the law and should be reported,and ignored.
