So I've been hounding CK marking with emails everyday telling them how their loan is Illegal in Illinois and that I actually only owe them $42.50 from the principle, even though according to their rules, I should owe them probably in the neighborhood of $300. After about 7 or 8 emails, I finally got an email today with a subject line that said: "Your Account Is In Good Standing." Here's what was in the email:

"Need extra cash? Call CK MARKETING today! In a recent review of your account we show that you are in GOOD STANDING and have more funds available to you! If you are interested please call Isabel @ 1-800-928-3161 ext 105.
If I’m not available please leave me a message with your name and number and I will return your call.
If you are not interested please let us know so we can remove you from our calling list"

Does this mean they settled, or does it just mean that I've paid enough that they're willing to sucker me into more cash?

nelly is half right.they are trying to sucker you.but only to get your current bank info so they can start debiting again.i would send another email requesting more specifics in regards to the "good standing".because again that doesn't mean your PIF,or that as steven stupidly said you got them out of hair.keep pressing on this as they are not through here.
