Huntington Medication threatening calls

I have recently begun receiving calls from Huntington mediation saying I committed fraud by taking out a payday loan and not paying it back. They say this loan was made in 2010 and deposited to an account at US Bank. I used to take out payday loans but stopped in 2004 or 2005. I used to have an account at US Bank but it has been closed in about that time as well. The lady said I made an internet payday loan and used some email account. She gave me the supposed account but it wasn't mine. I tried to explain they had the wrong person she got loud and aggressive and said I used the money and didn't pay it back and was going to court. I didn't make this debt so I contacted my local police department which pretty much told me to do nothing until they supply paperwork to back up what they are saying. My credit is horrible so I really couldn't imagine someone stealing my identity, but I made no payday loans since 2004. They called again this morning three times in a row before leaving another threatening message. I'm beginning to think this is a scam. Should I just ignore the calls?
