Thanks,
So I wrote out the letters to both Check n Go and Ace Cash Express and sent them both by email and fax. I get off work and I called both companies and heres what I got
Check n Go is saying the letter posted to my account and is honoring ACH revoke, lady was very nice and said no further withdrawals will be made (yay!)
I got a email back from Ace Cash Express and they said they sent it over to another lender department and gave me their number in which I called, first lady I spoke to acted pretty confused and said she didn't see a letter on my account and asked if I wanted to apply for another loan, which I firmly declined and told her all I was calling about was to confirm ACH revoke, she paused for a long time then said she did see a letter and asked if I wanted to speak to collections, I said sure. Keep in mind I haven't defaulted on this loan yet, it was scheduled to refinance on the 9th, so I got transferred to collections and the guy was nice and just asked what the circumstances were, I told him, he then asked for a payment on the account which confused me because I wouldn't be in default until the 9th and I told him that but he was able to confirm no further transactions would be made on my bank account.
Even though I know I still have some rough times ahead of me, I know things are going to get better from here :) I feel like I just got out of jail!!

Hey, I am also dealing with check n go, but I have a hard time trusting people lol.
Did they actually honor your ACH revocation? I talked to them on the phone, and told them that I knew they could request I send them a written letter within 14 days of the revocation VIA telephone, but they told me I wouldn't need to...
So I'm trying to make sure weds doesn't roll around and they take it out of my account lol

Have you given your bank a copy of the ACH revocation?? Really, you should be closing your bank account.

I was really trying not to close it. I have direct deposit for my work, and if I close the account I will have to go through the process of waiting for them to cut me a check. Plus I'll have to work out a form of payment for the last 120 that I owe CIAW, and I'm not giving them my new account info bc they won't stop after I pay them back the principal.
However, if you think that that is my best/only real option, I will.
