Are these people legal in Louisiana?

I have dealt with Integrity Payday loans. They in fact were the easiest to deal with! Just don't let whoever you speak to bully you. They finally accepted that I was going to only pay the principle, and after I paid, that's the last I heard from them!
Overpay
Well I actually was under the impression that the payments I have been making were on the principal, but really they have just been charging me finance fees. The original loan was for $400 and I just realized that I've actually paid them $814! So I am sending them an email stating that not only am I not paying them another penny, but I also want a refund of $414.
