my wife was referred to Purcell and Assoc a few years ago to help with some debt. she signed a contract with then and has made monthly payments to them for the last 20 months or so. Capitol One sued her since then and while she was in court with them she found out she was sued because Purcell and Assoc contacted them and a settlement was made. a few payments were made to Capitol One by Purcell but the payments stopped for some reason so she was sued and had to make an agreement with them directly or have wages garnished. is there anything that can be done since Purcell And Assoc are not doing anything. she has paid Purcell more than enough money to settle. she was also told that no contact has ever been made to Capitol One. there has to be something that can be done, it seems that Purcell can take thousands of our money and do absolutely nothing they say they will do.

The settlement company I went with did a pretty good job on my accounts. In total I paid 52% including the creditors and their fee. ( I added it up when it was all said and done.) They were pretty fair with how they made their money because they didnt charge me upfront which i knew I needed to stay away from. I was bothered only a couple times from calls but eventually they stopped completely. If you want their information I can get it to you to see if they can help you.
