Her name is Jen Taylor, a process server calling from United Firm. left me a phone number to call, 888-682-5572. Said she had papers and needed my work address. I told her you already have it, which she did. She said she'd be there in 45 minutes.
Do you think she'll show up? LOL.
I tried to call back the local number she called from, and guess what happens. three beeps and it disconnects.
I know it's the scumbags from USA Cash Express. ignore or send them yet another letter??

do you do this to yourself?next time the b*tch calls and she identifies herself.hang up without a word.that's it nothing else.the number was spoofed/bogus so filing complaints and sending more letters is pointless.you are under no obligation to speak to this b*tch so don't.

It's been two hours and no process server here yet, nor did I expect to see anyone. She first called and asked for a manager, and I told here no one was available. She said she had papers for someone that works there (me), and totally mangled my last name. I did hang up on her and the b___ called back in 2 minutes LOL. Asked for the address, I told her she has it (which she did) and said she'd be right over.
I have warned my co-workers that if anyone calls asking for a supervisor, ask who is calling and where from, and if it is them, to hang up on them.
Looking back at all of the threads here, I am appalled at this company and how they can go on like this for years and years.

yesterday Payday Loan Yes attempted to call and left no message. Otherwise, no threats from them and their bogus process servers.
Today Miss Sharon called and left me a message that she is going to pursue wage garnishment. Keep calling Sharon, LOL. Next time I won't even allow it to go to VM, I'll just pick up then hang up!
Waiting for the call at work now, which should happen in a few hours. All people that answer the phone know what to look for,and have agreed to ID and then hang up on anyone asking for Human Resources, supervisor, or a fax number.
Anyone dealing with this company called Payday Loan yes, First National (at 1600 West Addison Chicago!!!), USA Cash Express, or the many other names they have, follow all of the advice on this forum. Once you have sent them your illegal lender lender letter and revoked ACH and Wage Assignment, do not talk to them or respond to their emails, and inform your employers to do the same. They seem to feed on your anger and will relentlessly call if they think you will talk to them at all in any way shape or form.
