Anyone know number: 866-756-5428?

I received calls on Friday and Monday on my work phone, Friday on my cell phone and my brother received a call Saturday at his home. The caller doesn't identify themselves only to call 866-756-5428 and refer to a case number. She doesn't say I am being "served" only that she will be visiting my home or work between 12-5 p.m. on Tuesday with a packet.

I am certain this has to do with PDL's I bailed on 2 years ago and I don't want to call the number to find out who it is. Has anyone else had calls from this number? I googled and nothing is listed.

nobody calls ahead to inform you when they will serve you.this is a scam and should be reported asap.first to your local police.then see what your AG requires and file a complaint with them.do not return the call,or give them an credibility.

I just received the latest as a message on my cell phone. Same voice, no name or company name says she has "sealed document which is a notice of intent" and she wants me to be available at my home or business address between 12-5 p.m. tomorrow. I assume this is a ruse to get me to call. Normally, if the company is legit a google search will turn up something.

you nailed it.a ruse to get you on the phone.not only does a server call ahead,but the fact they keep calling is another red flag.again report this loser and know that she won't be there tomorrow period.

I just received a follow up voicemail at 12:42 p.m. that they were ready to come to my workplace or home now (Tuesday) and I should be available with identification. Part of me says its a scam but why would they keep calling? I still have not had the caller identify themselves or the company. Only told to call their client at 866-756-5428 with a case number. Any chance this is legit?

again they want to get you on the phone to threaten you.nobody calls repeatedly like this.i guarantee nobody will show up for that purpose.this is not legit at all.

i hope you will file AG complaints and police reports and ignore future calls from this idiot.as well as other calls of this jist.
