if you have that number,or whatever number comes up on caller id use that to file a police report.do that and then ignore as it's your garden variety humanoid.

Yep, definately a scam. You should have had him repeat his name and company name. What phone number was he calling from??

Yes it was a voicemail! I was told when y'all first started helping me to ignore all calls!! That was all left on my voicemail. He didn't leave a name of a company just said he was with the check fraud or something to that sort. He was mumbling and talking so fast I could barely understand until it got to the legal part. The number was 3154102073

i firgured that.now use the number top report this idiot.then ignore away.

So the same person called my work today and unfortunatley we have no caller id so I was stuck answering. I told the man he could send me a letter telling me of the debt I supposedly owe and he refused, surprise surprise. He stated that it was past the point of that and I have committed check fraud and he would turn me in if I didn't take care of the debt. Told me I was stalling and I was trying to get out of paying. I got his name and number and told him I was reporting him, once again, to my ag, the FTC, an the bbb! He told me that wouldn't stop him and he hung up!

heed my words.you are under no obligation to speak to this boob.once you know it's him slam that phone down without a response.do not talk to this loser.it will only get more calls.enough hang ups he will get the message,but file the complaints anyway okay.
