payday loan garnish

I live in washington state i have a loan for 2500 from cashcall I got the loan online by western sky than later sold the loan to cashcall I have filled a complaint with the washington state finicial insitution and they inform me that the loan is illegal in washington state but can they garnish my wages what do i do because i have heard they have gainsh other people in other state which are also illegal how can i prevent that please help thank you.

you see an illegal lender,or any creditor can't garnish without a court order.they would have to sue you in your town,county,village,or bourough and win.what this place is doing is submitting wage assignments which are voluntary and revocable.give a wage assignment revocation letter to your employer asap.btw cashcall should not be able to do this as only the originator of the loan can invoke that as wage assignments are non-transferable.it's amazing that they get away with it.

Thank you very much for your information i have google cash call many people have been garnish from them im alittle worried but i willl wrtie that wage assignment revocation letter hope that helps
